Fawkes Community is a digital subscription service offering curated insights on markets, history, assets, geopolitics, fashion, and related topics. Access is provided through a monthly membership priced at ₹99/month, delivered entirely online via our private community platform hosted on Heartbeat. Because our service is 100% digital in nature with no physical goods, shipping, or inventory involved access is granted instantly and automatically upon successful payment.
No Refund Policy
All payments made towards Fawkes Community membership are final and non-refundable
Once a payment is successfully processed and access to the Heartbeat community platform is granted, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for:
Change of mind after subscribing
Partial use or non-use of the membership during the billing period or Cancellation initiated mid-cycle
Dissatisfaction with content, community discussions, or perceived value
This applies uniformly to all members, regardless of how much of the membership period has elapsed.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Instant digital delivery: Access to all community content, discussions, and archives is granted immediately upon payment, making the service functionally “delivered” at the point of transaction.
Low-cost, recurring model: Our ₹99/month pricing is intentionally kept low to make quality insights accessible, and is structured as a simple pay-per-month access fee rather than a product purchase.
No physical logistics: There are no shipping, return, or restocking processes applicable to our service.
Duplicate or Failed Transactions
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in:
A duplicate charge for the same billing period, or
A payment deduction where community access was not granted due to a processing failure,
please contact us within 2 days of the transaction at info@fawkescommunity.com along with your payment reference ID / transaction ID. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if verified as a genuine duplicate or failed-delivery charge, the erroneous amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be considered. It does not extend to voluntary cancellations or dissatisfaction with the service.
Pausing vs. Cancelling Your Autopay
By subscribing to the Fawkes community, you agree that this is an active, recurring commitment. We offer two distinct options if you no longer wish to be billed going forward pausing and cancelling and each has a different effect on your access. 2. Cancelling Your Autopay
If you cancel your autopay (as opposed to pausing it), your access will be revoked immediately — within the next minute of the cancellation request — regardless of how many days remain in your current billing cycle. Cancellation is treated as an instant, full withdrawal from the community, not a scheduled end-of-cycle exit.
3. Strictly No Refunds or Proration
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. Whether you choose to pause (with access continuing till month-end) or cancel (with immediate access revocation), you will not receive a prorated or partial refund for any unused days in your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds, credits, or rollovers under any circumstances
4. Acknowledgement of Terms
By completing your ₹99 checkout and joining the community, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this pause-vs-cancel policy. It is your responsibility to choose the correct option — pause or cancel — based on whether you wish to retain access for the remainder of your current billing month.
5. Rejoining the Community
If your access is revoked — whether due to a completed pause period or an immediate cancellation — you are welcome to rejoin the community at a later date by initiating a new, active subscription at the current market rate.
